Covid Art 95: A perfect dinner

Deb Puretz

I used to be a snob: a foodie, a wines, awrist watches, you name it. So it surprises me that a fresh and simple vegetarian dinner is so very satisfying.

I can’t pass judgment on anyone who eats processed food – it is often delicious. But I am proud that I am taking less from the earth’s resources when I eat vegetables and forgo meat and the ethical and moral dilemmas of raising sentient beings for yum. Perhaps more people around the world will have their fill of meat and turn to eating choices that are better for mitigating climate change. So here it is, another fresh vegetable pen and ink drawing with watercolors. Thank you for looking at so many of them!
