Covid Art 93: Wicked Witch of the West

I grew up on the Wizard of Oz movie. It was a treat to watch it once per year on television. The scariest character was the Wicked Witch of the West. Sadly the ladies in the photo on the left remind me of that character.

Perhaps she even lives in our world, in an Old World town square like this, on the ground floor. The nightmare is that either of them may exist with a personality like the Wicked Witch OR I alternatively, that I may end up with a scary face like theirs in 20 years. There is a saying that we grow into the face we deserve, so I consciously try to smile more so that a grimace doesn’t take over.
