Covid Art 33: Home-spun lives….

I collect antique written letters. Even more than stories by gifted authors, they allow me to peer into private lives. Here is one written in pencil with a pen drawing of a waterfall from a location in Oregon. I married it with two very simple cotton samples and an antique photo that looks as if it might have resembled the letter’s author, but in fact, shows two housekeepers at an inn in the Alps 90 years ago.
